Who is the MicRentals Store ?

We are owned and operated by the wonderful people that brought you MicRentals.Com.

What products do you sell ?

We sell mostly new (unless otherwise listed as used) small audio equipment like microphones, direct boxes, etc ...

I am looking for something that is not on your site, can you place a special order for me ? 

Yes. We can always get pricing on something that may not be currently on our site.

What is your default "free shipping" service ?

We use FedEx ground services for the lower 48 US states. Items tend to arrive in 2-5 business days depending on the region you live in.  We are happy to express something for you if the need arises. Just select our 2 day or overnight options.

Where do your items come from ? 

We ship items that are on our shelves or as drop shipments direct from the manufacturers. 

Are there drop shipping fees ? 

Never

How do I know an item is actually in stock?

Everything in our store shown as an in stock item IS an in stock item. If for some reason our inventory doesn't match our online stock number we will be quick to notify you of any delays before we ship.

How quickly do you ship? When's the cutoff?

We fulfill items within 24 business hrs. Orders placed before 3:30 pm CST Monday through Friday normally ship the same day. We are closed on New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas. If we have an issue shipping your order on time we are quick to notify you.  Otherwise we will upgrade the shipping speed at our expense.

Are you authorized dealers ?

Yes. We are authorized dealers of Shure, Sennheiser, DPA, Earthworks, Mojave, sE Electronics, Cloud , Soyuz Microphones , Telefunken and more. All manufacturer warranties are valid with a receipt from the MicRentals Store.

Why do you collect taxes in OK, NC and NJ? 

Our physical location is in Broken Arrow, OK.  We are a registered business in NC and NJ in order to do business with public entities like schools. 

I am purchasing on behalf of a tax exempt organization or I have a resellers certificate. How do I make a purchase without paying taxes ? 

Simply email your tax exemption or streamlined sales tax form to info@micrentals.com.  Be sure to let us know what account email and name this will apply to.  

What is your return policy ?

NEVER ! Just kidding.  Simply reach out within 30 days for returns.  There is a restocking fee of 15% for most items.  An RMA label from MicRentals must be used for returns. Masks or other PPE cannot be returned even if it is not opened.  If you want to try a piece of equipment before you buy, we suggest MicRentals.Com. Special orders shipped direct from manufacturers cannot be returned.
